As an organization, we believe that equitable access for marginalized children is possible through work that is For Us, and By Us. Our team of consultants reflect current practitioners who are actively working in high-performing school systems and education organizations across the country and have a passion for building teams and developing transformational leaders of color.
The opportunity: Effective consulting support is needed now more than ever. The pandemic has exacerbated this. However, too many consulting groups have been sitting on the sidelines making PowerPoints and recommendations while the rest of us have been doing the work. This new moment requires a new kind of consultant.
